Refrain from leaving windows & doors open while in the house. The salt air ruins electronics, etc.

Do not BBQ on the decks.

Must be at least 25 years old to book.

Do not clean fish/seafood inside the house.

Drivers of the golf cart (if booked) must be 21 years or older and have a valid drivers license and insurance. Proof of drivers license and insurance will be required.

Please watch your children at all times, especially while on the deck.

Do not put anything in the toilets except toilet paper and natural human by-products.
